Transfer Application Requirements

• Minimum GPA:
  If you have 15 or more hours of college-level credit earned, the minimum cumulative required GPA for Assured admission is 2.5. If you have a cumulative GPA of 2.25 - 2.49 you will be considered for admission by individual review. If you've earned less than 15 hours of college-level credit, freshman admission criteria will need to be met.
• Official Transcripts:
  Submit official college transcripts from all colleges or universities attended.
• SAT Scores:
  Not required.
• Application Fee:
  Pay the $75 application fee (It’s $90 for international students). Payment can be made in your myUH self-service portal or before submitting the admissions application.
• Interview:
  Not required.

Transfer Credit Policy

• Minimum Grade:
  College-level coursework with grades C- or lower will not count toward academic requirements and pursuit of a U.S. baccalaureate degree.
• Credits (Min/Max):
  A maximum of 66 lower division semester credit hours may be transferred as course credit. There is no limit to the number of upper division credit hours. Students with less than 15 or more transferable credits must meet freshman admission criteria.
